As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Somatic Therapist, with additional Nutritional training, Psychotherapy training, and COSRT certification is Women's Sexuality Difficulties, I have created this package specifically to help you move through this life transition with health, vitality, and renewed self-confidence.


I've navigated this tricky time myself. I can appreciate that it often presents strange and unexpected challenges. There's no 'one right way' to do Menopause! Where some of us might find liberation in an area of menopause- (For example, around fertility or sexuality), other women may feel a sense of loss and need to grieve for a while. This means we all need different kinds of support. Which means flexibility of approach is required. Menopause is not an ending—it’s a profound evolution. It’s a great time to embrace your changing body, rediscover your true desires, and step into a more authentic version of yourself.

1. Sleep Hypnotherapy: Reclaim Restful Sleep

Hormonal changes often disrupt sleep during menopause, leading to fatigue, irritability, and low mood. Through tailored hypnotherapy sessions, we'll retrain your body and mind to relax deeply, helping you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling truly rested.

Deep relaxation improves sleep but also supports hormone balance, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.

NB: Side note: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), particularly topical vaginal estrogen, can be a game-changer for many women during and after menopause. As estrogen levels decline, it is well known and scientifically well established that vaginal dryness and thinning of the vaginal walls can lead to discomfort during sex. Topical treatments can physically support you and allow you to fully engage with pleasure and intimacy without fear or discomfort, creating a strong foundation for sexual exploration and fulfilment. With my accredited COSRT training and certification is Womens Sexuality Difficulties I can support you to explore the options that are right for you.
